An acupuncture treatment involves a consultation with our female acupuncturists, followed by the insertion of small fine needles placed at specific acupuncture points. Your qualified acupuncturist will discuss your unique treatment options with you. Your session includes full health history, individual treatment plan and treatment. This treatment can be claimed on the day via your private health fund. Please bring your card. If you wish to upgrade on the day to include cupping, massage &/or Sauna, speak to your practitioner.

Duration: Cupping only: 30 minutes | with massage 50 minutes

Your consultation focuses on one main health concern, your practitioner will commence the treatment with massage oil, followed by cups and a hot towel to finish. There are options to upgrade your treatment to include massage / acupuncture or infrared Sauna. Please note in order to claim any of our services by Private Health Insurance, Acupuncture must be part of your treatment. Speak to your therapist if you would like to claim.

Acupuncture is appropriate at all stages of your pregnancy from week 1 to week 42. Your qualified female practitioner will be able to guide you on what treatment plan is best for your circumstances. The acupuncture treatment will be tailored to your unique needs. The acupuncture treatment rooms are all equipped with pregnancy cushions so where appropriate you can even lay face down.
